Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Nature’s Sleep LLC & GhostBed Inc ships merchandise to locations within the contiguous United States only. Requests for delivery to U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, Canada and Mexico, or any other international locations must be made by e-mail to [email protected]. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All shipments are made using regular ground service and will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please expect delivery within 4-5 days after shipping. THERE IS NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

Sales Tax

Final selling price includes all applicable state and local sales tax.

Return Policy – 101 Night Sleep Trial

The GhostBed 101 Night Sleep Trial is designed to give you the time, comfort, ease and privacy to sleep on your new mattress and discover all of the amazing features and benefits that inspired you to purchase it.

We offer a 101 Night Sleep Trial because we want you to have the time to try your new mattress and make sure it meets all your needs. We encourage you to take your time to experience the GhostBed. Your body needs time to get used to a new mattress, so the first night or two may not be your best night’s sleep. After all, you have been sleeping on that old mattress for quite a while. So give GhostBed the chance to amaze you – no one is pressuring you to decide overnight. We suggest taking 30 to 60 nights to make your decision, but we’ve given you 101 nights to relax and enjoy it.

If you ultimately decide that the GhostBed is not all you want it to be, simply contact us at [email protected] or call us at 1-855-855-4499 and we will process your request immediately. All we ask is that you give your new mattress a chance for the two of you to get to know each other for a minimum of 30 nights.

The sleep trial does not apply to errors in ordering, size issues, etc. Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s 30 day return policy. All return requests for Amazon orders must be made directly through Amazon.

Note: After your 101 Night Sleep Trial, your GhostBed cannot be returned.
Note: GhostPillows can be returned at the customer’s expense.

Referrals

Referral commissions will be paid after the customer has successfully kept the mattress past the 101 day mark and it is an otherwise uncontested transaction. Maximum of 5 paid referrals.

Promotions

Promotional codes are not valid when financing with Affirm. Only one promotional code is allowed per order.

Online Voucher Programs

All voucher coupons sales are final.
